The newly refurbished Pear Tree is located in the upmarket residential suburb of Keyworth, South East of Nottingham. The demographics of the area features a high proportion of wealthy families and retirees.

The pub is in great condition throughout and it's recent external redecoration and upgraded signage and lighting scheme gives it excellent kerb appeal and really drives trade. It is a one room one bar operation benefiting from a mix of informal and formal dining areas.
