Pub Overview
Momos is a high street venue located on a busy main road in the bustling city centre of Northampton. The town lies on the River Nene and is one of the largest towns in the UK with a population of over 212,100. Benefiting from its high street location, this is a predominately cosmopolitan area which attracts a range of city centre customers including daytime shoppers and people going out in the evening.
Momos is a large pub internally currently with bar space over 2 floors, as well as a fully equipped catering kitchen. As part of our planned refurbishment, we will improve external signage and kerb appeal.
Currently predominantly trading as an evening drinking and nightclub venue, our future vision for this pub is transform it into a mainstream pub with a substantial good quality food offer, whilst retaining strong night time trade.
We would ideally be looking for an operator who has a wealth of experience operating in a town centre outlet with the capability of running a successful food operation.
Applicants should be aware that all refurbishments are subject to final board approval which will be determined as part of the leasing process.
Private Accommodation
The private accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and bathroom, and where required there will be appropriate works carried out in line with the Star Pubs & Bars Ready to Trade promise.
Important information
Please be aware that all trading documents inclusive of the full Rent Model, Schedule of Conditions, Schedule of Works, Energy Performance Certificates etc are available directly from the Star Pubs & Bars website.
In order to ensure a successful start-up, all applicants must have a minimum £10,000 un-borrowed funds.
