The role

We are recruiting professionally-minded, highly motivated and interested in encouraging new sales, memberships and promotions in the Country Club and Spa. As an integral part of our Spa team the ideal Spa Sales Executive will have a positive impact on the success of the Sopwell House Country Club and Spa by:

  • Initiating and selling memberships in a consultative manner
  • Meeting sales goals and generating new members through networking and member referrals
  • To assist marketing in the creation of promotions and ideas through the year to aid membership sales.
  • To assist in day to day customer service

Essential Skills required for the role

Our successful Spa Sales Executive will:

  • Possess strong aptitude for sales or two years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Have exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Have an appreciation and understanding Spa & Fitness activity and want inspire members through personal attention
  • Are highly motivated and communicate effectively
  • Are passionate about helping others improve the quality of their lives
  • Have impeccable grooming
  • A natural desire to exceed the expectations of guests and colleagues
