Sales Advisor - The Park Club, Ashford
Reporting to: Site Manager
Role Profile:
This role is pivotal in the success and financial performance of Soll Leisure. You will be responsible for the generation of enquiries, the sale of new memberships and the retention of existing members.
You must be confident and outgoing, with a great work ethic. You will also need to be organised and structured in your approach, implementing daily minimum performance criteria and closely monitoring KPI’s.
This role will require team working, team leadership skills and a passion for the leisure industry. Full training will be provided and whilst previous experience within the leisure industry is not essential, experience within sales is desirable.
