New to the market for the first time in over twenty years, the Royal Naval Reserve presents an exciting opportunity for experienced tenants to join Shepherd Neame.

Due to undergo a refurbishment in 2017, we are looking for tenants that can deliver a quality hybrid offer in Whitstable.

Internally the pub boasts a feature bar and large drinking and dining space, a separate mezzanine style restaurant for approx. 30 covers and a good sized trade kitchen to rear of the site. Externally you will find a covered smoking area and a courtyard style garden to the back of the property.
