DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Wet `n` Wild is the North East`s largest indoor water park. Situated in North Shields, just beside Royal Quays shopping centre, Wet `n` Wild offers 10 exciting thrill rides, a great cafe, mini water park, fully stocked shop and a host of fully trained staff.

We are currently recruiting Casual Receptionists to work as and when the business needs. The purpose of the Receptionist is to provide warm and friendly front line customer service at Reception. The role will involve a high level of customer interaction face to face and over the telephone.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide concise customer information and service with regards to the facility and it offerings
* Comply with all company financial procedures in relation to cash handling
* Serve customers in a busy fast paced environment
* Promote bookings for birthday parties, groups and special events
* Answer customer enquiries in a timely manner via face to face, telephone and email

Skills and Experience:
* Experience of dealing face to face with customers in a busy environment 
* Good customer care skills with an outgoing and friendly personality
* A good communicator with a professional telephone manner
* The ability to sell products, handle cash and maintain records
* High standards of personal presentation
* Confident user of Microsoft Office
