Trampoline Court Monitors - High Wycombe

We are currently recruiting for Court Monitors for our trampoline park in High Wycombe.Trampoline parks are fast paced, fun, energetic and thriving leisure facilities, offering young children to adults a wide range of extreme activities, including fitness and training, and of course FUN.

As Court Monitors you will be trained to work and confidently monitor the various activity areas within the trampoline park. You will be responsible for overseeing the safe operation of the activity areas whilst providing a friendly, responsible service to help create a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers. You will also be required to assist where necessary in the day-to-day duties of the park and will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining a safe facility as well as taking personal responsibility for delivering outstanding customer service.

Ideally, you will have an interest in health and fitness or sport, preferably trampolining, as you will spend most of your time on trampolines, ensuring health and safety procedures are adhered to, and will need to stay alert at all times to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all customers at all times. You will be energetic, fun and always art hand to help a customer at all times. There will be maintenance work and repairs to carry out, to ensure all equipment is clean and safe to use.

There are a number of positions available, both part time, full time and at supervisor level, all on a shift rotation basis, and flexibility required to work evenings and weekends and also over holiday periods, as this is typically the busiest periods for trampoline parks.

Ideally you will have 2 years' experience in a customer facing role or within the leisure industry, a CRB check immediately. You will possess a First Aid At Work certificate, or at least be willing to undertake the course to allow you to fulfil this role.
