Hours: Part-time 24 hours per week

Roko Health Club Gillingham is Medway's premium family health club. With a great location and links to the M2 it is the club of choice for Gillingham, Rainham and the surrounding towns. Your role will involve:         

• Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks including painting, light bulb replacement, general building repairs and general upkeep of the fabric of the club.
• Quickly and efficiently resolving reactive maintenance issues in a timely fashion.
• Personally conducting planned preventative maintenance in line with the company procedures.
• Effectively maintaining the condition of the club facilities to avoid any facility downtime.

Key attributes are:

• Being multi-skilled across different trades.
• Have knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical plant and ppm processes.
• Proven work experience in a relevant position.
• Organised and methodical, takes personal responsibility, high standards of work, logical problem solver and can do attitude.
• Excellent standard of safety, health & hygiene and ability to correctly follow procedures.
