We are recruiting for our Fitness Coach Apprenticeship Level 3.

The successful candidate will study for the YMCA Awards Level 3 NVQ Diploma in

Personal Training for the duration of their Apprenticeship.

Your role will involve:         

  • Working with members to understand their goals, needs and wants from the Club.
  • Completing ‘Gym Fit’ & ‘Stay Fit’ Induction Consultations Member service delivery, acknowledging every member every time.
  • Ensuring health & safety, kit maintenance and gym cleanliness is maintained within the Fitness Arena at all times.
  • Engaging with the members offering support and exercise technique corrections.
  • Promoting activities, events and courses; maximising member usage of the Club and its services.
  • Dealing with all member feedback in a positive, professional manner.
  • Support and promote the work of the Club’s Personal Training & Group Exercise Teams; assisting and contributing to individual member improvements.
  • Promoting Roko’s reputation for exceptional standards of customer care and service at all times.
  • Referring member questions or queries to other professional partners where appropriate to ensure member health, safety and wellbeing.

  • It is advantageous for applicants to hold a Level 2 Gym Instructor Qualification with GCSE Maths & English at Grade C or above – however upskilling is available for suitable candidates.
