Exciting opportunities have arisen within the Village for customer focused team members within the NEW Tapas Bar & Restaurant; a vibrant and exciting Mediterranean dining experience.  One of these vacancies is specifically for a team member with a passion for working the Bar.

The Tapas Bar & Restaurant features fresh, local authentic Tapas & Cicchetti style dishes along with Seafood, Steaks, Pizza and Pasta dishes to excite and inspire diners. Alongside a delicious food menu the bar offers guests a wide choice of drinks, including signature cocktails, Champagnes, and non-alcoholic drinks. Our team members are responsible for delivering a friendly and attentive service to surprise and delight, bringing creativity and flair to the role.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a busy bar/ waiting-on environment; a knowledge which is likely to have been acquired within a similar position in the hospitality Industry. In relation to the Bar vacancy; experience of cocktail making is preferred to really wow our guests!

Availability:

The positions are part time, with the waiting-on position offering 0 hours per week and the bar position offering  12 hours per week. Full flexibility to work weekends and evenings is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
