An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Village for a customer focused Beauty Therapist to join the team in our stylish Spa Hotel, helping to ensure that our guests are literally in the best of hands.

An experienced therapist with excellent personal presentation, high attention to detail and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

The chosen candidate will be working within a large team carrying out a wide range of signature spa and beauty treatments to the highest standards. You will be expected to provide sound professional advice when performing a consultation and making product recommendations, achieve agreed personal retail targets set by The Spa and Duty Managers, control stock usage and consumables, and comply with our high standards of health, hygiene and safety. 

Our Therapists report daily to the Spa Manager and Spa Duty Managers to work in line with their standards of practice. Personal performance and retail are incentivised and rewarded accordingly.

Our perfect match will possess the following essential attributes:

• Qualifications to at least NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or BTEC National Diploma standard
• Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding customer service
• Resilience and the ability to perform under pressure
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Attention to Detail
• Excellent personal presentation

Availability:

The position is full time: 5 days from 7. The normal hours of work are 40 per week. Full flexibility to work evenings and weekends, to cover an operation which is open from 8.30am through to 8.30pm seven days a week, is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
