Full Time 35-40 per Week

A favourite landmark of Waterloo, The Fire Station. One of London’s most popular places for handy, after-work meet ups, The all-new Fire Station offers a main menu of wood-fired pizzas and high quality burgers. We are open for breakfast and also offer speciality coffee to take-out. The venue gained a loyal following as a vibrant British pub and restaurant in the ’80s. It again aims to be the choice destination to meet, drink and eat in Waterloo, especially with its location next to the station and just across the way from The Old Vic theatre.

The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, creative and hard working with a real flair and passion; not only for this industry but also for serving high quality food and drinks in a fast paced and fun environment.

Candidate will:

• Have over a year’s experience in a similar role in a bar/restaurant
• Have exceptional customer service skills with a helpful and friendly can-do attitude
• Have a real passion for serving high quality food and drinks with extensive product knowledge of our products
• Be an excellent team player with exceptional communication skills
• Be able to work quickly under high pressure whilst maintaining excellent standards
• Be fun-loving, have a big personality and enjoy the culture that this industry offers
