Park Manager - Coventry

Red Kangaroo is an exciting new Trampoline Park group with plans to roll out across the UK. We believe everyone is born to bounce and our focus is to provide high quality, safe environments for adults and children alike.

Main Responsibility

To manage and oversee the entire smooth running of the onsite operation, ensuring all revenue targets are met, health and safety standards kept, and customer service standards are adhered to. To act as duty manager when required.

Key Responsibilities:

The General Manager bears overall responsibility for the smooth running of the entire onsite operational, including but not limited to:

  • Adherence to budgets and containment of operating costs
  • Over performing on revenue targets
  • The adherence to Health and Safety operating procedures
  • The delivery of exceptional Customer Service Standards
  • To foster exceptional onsite HR standards, motivating all staff and supporting everyone to success
  • To ensure site presentation is of an exceptional standard at all times.
  • To ensure all maintenance schedules are met and reported effectively.

Operational

  • Recruit, induct, train, manage and develop management staff.
  • Ensure all operation procedures are undertaken within effective timescales including maintenance, repairs and cleanliness.
  • Over-perform on the containment of operating costs according to budgets.
  • Ensure the site adheres to all health and safety procedures.
  • Influence our revenue positively ensuring the site meets revenue targets set by the Directors.
  • Ensure that exceptional customer service standards are met.
  • To develop excellent HR standards onsite creating a culture of leadership, and supporting all staff to success.

  • A former/current manager of a highly respected leisure or hospitality environment.
