Where you'll be working

This Elizabethan-style mansion built in 1859 has been lovingly restored to all its former glory. Built against 150 acres of stunning wooded Norfolk parkland, the setting is just as unique as its history. You might be here for leisure, to tee off on our renowned par 71 US PGA rated course or to relax in the spa and pool.

Whatever your reason for coming, expect to be treated like royalty from the very moment you arrive.

Plus you will never be lost for things to see and do during your stay at Dunston Hall. With themed restaurant nights and Twilight Golf at the hotel or the local Norwich Market & Guided Walks around Norwich there is something for everyone.

What you'll be doing

We have golf courses at a number of our hotels, offering customers 108 opportunities for a hole in one! And from the tee off, to sinking the ball into the 18th,it’s our Golf and Green keeping team who ensure that playing a round with us is more than just a bit of a competitive thing - it’s a real pleasure.

As Head Green keeper, you’ll take overall responsibility for the course to make sure it’s in tip top condition and great to play every time.  With your green keeping team you’ll make sure that the course is continually maintained to ensure maximum playing time and to continue to seek out other opportunities to increase golf course revenue. The Head Green keeper needs to continually review and recommend alternative course design to ensure maximum playability, as well as  develop the course towards becoming consistently more environmentally sustainable.

Development and coaching of the Green keeping team is also a key role for the Head Green keeper, ensuring that your team members have the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
