What you'll be doing

As part of our Leisure & Spa team, the Leisure Sales Executive is there to be pro-active in developing revenue for the leisure club through identifying and winning new members.

With the support of your manager, you’ll maintain member relationships and confidently cultivate new ones alongside arranging sales appointments and delivering market strategy through a variety of media.

Within QHotels we like to focus on our individual customers and their needs so as Leisure Sale Executive you will create a calendar for events for the club to get to know them. Gaining and acting on member feedback in a genuine and committed way is key to ensuring our members feel valued and cared about.

As Leisure Sales Executive you’ll make and attend sales appointments personally, following up on all sales leads and dealing with the administration. Additionally you will also be involved in external sales activities locally to promote Club Membership.

What you'll need

  • To have agreat personality and be genuine, approachable, attentive and instinctive
  • To enjoy the buzz of being busy
  • To be smart and well presented
  • Excellent communication skills including spoken and written English.
  • To be totally sales driven, with sound selling and negotiation skills.
  • Significant previous experience in a similar sales position
  • Good numeracy and literacy
  • Previous operational knowledge and experience of IT systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
