We are currently seeking a HR Administrator to join our HR, Training and Recruitment teams on a temporary contract till June.

Please note, we are looking for candidates who can start ASAP at our Offices in Trafalgar Square.

The HR Administrator should have a strong team focus and will provide credible, professional, and timely HR services to the more senior members. He or she will have a variety of administration tasks to support the departments.

Role description:

  • Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties 
  • HR administration 
  • Act as available HR representation in the absence of the HR Manager or HR Assistant able to answer basic queries on policies and procedures 
  • Booking travel for employees attending training sessions
  • Chasing references for employees being recruited into the business
  • Uploading adverts on job boards
  • To ensure the timely and accurate update of all HR records 
  • To ensure conducive working relationships with employees and all third parties 
  • Training and Development – providing administrative and logistical support to the Academy manager including setting up sessions with attendees and other training co-ordination required

The successful candidate will have:

  • Administration experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality preferred
  • Experience in HR environment preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Emotional intelligence
  • High degree of empathy
  • Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to get on well with all levels of employees
  • HR Qualifications a plus but not essential

This is a great opportunity for an individual with Hospitality HR experience to gain experience within a large company of nearly 300 restaurants.
