Employee Relations Delivery Manager - Whitbread

As ER Delivery Manager you will provide partnership support to the Operational HR teams to improve Employee Relations outcomes by delivering high quality, commercial Employee Relations advice which enables business goals, champions Whitbread values and supports our organisational goal to be an employer of choice. You will support our operational teams by providing ER guidance, coaching them to achieve the appropriate ER solutions which are wholly connected to key business drivers and support the transformation of ER delivery within the operation

Key Responsibilities:

* Responsible for upskilling line managers and providing them with the confidence they need to deal with employee relations and reduce references to external legal support in turn reducing legal spend
* Delivery focused role, focused on developing ways of delivering employee relations advice and education in the most efficient and effective way.
* Provide technical guidance as an SME for relevant business projects
* Strong external view of ER and Engagement through research and networking nationally, regionally and within the industry

Experience Required:

* Significant Employee Relations experience (18 months+)
* Experience of providing advice to senior managers on Employment Relation issues
* Experience attending tribunals where they may represent individuals
* Operational excellence of Employee Relations
* Significant experience in dealing with change management
