Sous Chef - Live in Available, Gastro Pub, Near Staines, Middlesex

We are a very busy, privately owned gastro pub in the village of Laleham, Near Staines, Middlesex. We operate another 5 successful pubs in and around the area and are opening a 7th in the New Year. We are looking for a skilled Sous Chef who has worked in a similar, high volume environment with fresh food and has a passion for keeping standards high. You will work well in a team and be a good people manager/leader. You will work with a brigade of 9 chefs and 3 kitchen porters.
