Chef de Partie - Onslow Arms, Near Guildford
Salary: Up to £25,000 + food on duty and discounted dining
We are the Onslow Arms, Clandon just outside of Guildford, very near Clandon station. We are an award winning gastro pub and are very popular and well-known in the area.
As such, we have a large kitchen brigade with 12 full-time chefs and 4 kitchen porters. If you are a chef de partie and have worked in a fresh food pub or restaurant and have high standards, then please apply.
We are a friendly bunch, and are passionate about our food. Our menus change regularly and you will enjoy working as part of a team.
We have another 6 successful pubs so there are opportunities to progress from chef de partie.
