We are the Red Lion, Horsell, just outside Woking, Surrey. We are a very popular gastro pub and are very popular and well-known in the area. As such, we have a large kitchen brigade with 9 chefs and 4 kitchen porters. If you are a chef de partie and have worked in a fresh food pub or restaurant and have high standards, then please apply. We are a friendly bunch, and are passionate about our food. Our menus change regularly and you will enjoy working as part of a team. We have 5 more successful gastro pubs and are opening a 7th early this year so there are opportunities to progress from chef de partie.

Up to £9/hr plus tips (around £50/week)

We are a very busy, privately owned gastro pub in the village of Horsell, near Woking, Surrey. We operate another 5 successful pubs in and around the area and are opening a 7th early this year.

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie who has worked in a similar, high volume environment with fresh food and has a passion for keeping standards high. You will work well within a team as you will work with a brigade of 9 chefs and 4 kitchen porters.
