Sous Chef - Live out, Gastro Pub, near Guildford, Surrey
We are soon to open in the area and we are looking to recruit a Senior Sous Chef for our gastro pub in the village of Wonersh, near Guildford, Surrey. We are looking for a skilled Senior Sous Chef who has worked in a similar, high volume environment with fresh food and has a passion for keeping standards high. You will work well in a team and be a good people manager/leader. You will work with a brigade of 8 chefs and 3 kitchen porters.
