Prep Chef - London

Patty and Bun is a busy burger restaurant with 5 sites based in London. We are passionate about the ultimate comfort food and aim to deliver a unique and truly memorable burger experience.

Patty and Bun ' The Arch' is based under the railway arches by London fields in Hackney and is home to our production kitchen which prepares most of the food for the other sites on a daily basis.

We are looking for a hardworking and self motivated Junior sous prep chef to be part of our prep team. The Junior Sous prep chef role requires the candidate to have excellent knife skills. Day to day jobs include making mayonnaise confit'ing chicken and pickling vegetables.

The candidate must have a good attitude, a passion for food and the ability to work quickly and efficiently and have a firm grasp of the English language.

Salary: £9/hour moving to a monthly salary after a 3 month trial period.
