The park

Located in North Wales, offering spectacular views of Snowdonia, Brynteg Holiday Home Park boasts a wealth of activities for our customers to enjoy both inside the park and in the surrounding areas.

The job

A fantastic opportunity to join a great sales team and grow your career with the company. You’ll meet/exceed sales targets, reviewing own sales performance on a regular basis. You’ll follow up on potential caravan and lodge sales, never missing an opportunity.

You’ll know your product, having an in-depth knowledge of all our holiday homes, facilities and the various packages the park offers. With the support of the Sales Manager, you’ll have a thorough knowledge of our sales process and expectations, ensuring paperwork is accurately completed following company procedures, and with the support of the Sales Manager will close sales efficiently.

You’ll actively participate in park organised events, welcoming customers to the park and putting them at ease. You’ll promote the park, endorsing its facilities and the surrounding area, giving park tours to future owners, always endeavouring to exceed customer expectations.

You’ll take an active interest in the development of your own knowledge and are willing to undertake training relevant to the role when necessary.

About you

You are positive, enthusiastic and dynamic. You’re passionate about sales, enjoy working to targets, are self-motivated, forward thinking, dedicated and want to grow and develop your career in a sales environment. You are friendly, approachable, polite and professional, a great team player and focused on achieving excellent results.

Experience

We’d love you to have some experience, however it’s the talent and passion for sales and exceptional customer service we’re looking for. You’ll be educated to grade C in Maths and English at GCSE level (or equivalent) and will be competent using IT applications.

This particular role comes with great development opportunities. Upon achieving ten holiday home sales you will be promoted to the position of Sales Executive. 

A driving licence is required in order to undertake the role

Pay

The pay is £16,000, plus commission. Benefits such as holiday and pension are also on offer.

Contract

The contract is based on full time hours which will be discussed in more detail at interview stage.
