Mountain and Road Bike Guide

Out on the open roads, or tackling some daring downhill in fantastic Mediterranean landscapes, our Neilson bike teams are there to guide our guests on their cycling adventures.

• As a qualified Trail Leader, along with your first aid certificate you will lead a ride with your natural buzz for biking whilst maintaining full control with regards to the route and the safety of your guests.
• Quick-thinking and solution-orientated – Whether out on a ride or maintaining the fleet of bikes, you will be able to think on your feet and solve anything that comes your way.
• Charismatic and Flexible – you will welcome all abilities of cyclists and support their needs by recommending and encouraging them to get involved with our biking programme.
• Maintained to perfection – when you’re not guiding, you will be making sure our fleet of mountain and road bikes are in perfect working order and looking the part ready for our guests to enjoy.
