Role

• To manage your designated concession business
• To deliver all agreed targets
• To build a strong client base through excellence of service
• To create brand awareness with in store activity and events.
• To manage the training and motivation of your team, ensuring all company standards are met.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year's management experience in a customer facing role in the service sector, (ideally the beauty or retail industry) and in a fast paced environment.
• Proven target achievement and business acumen.
• To have successfully managed a team.
