Location: Lickey Hills, Birmingham

Salary: £7.50 per hour

Job Type: Zero Hours Contract (requirement to work some early mornings, evenings and weekends)

Start date: ASAP

The Role

Mytime Active Golf has venues across the Midlands and South of England, providing exceptional golf experiences, at affordable prices.

Mytime Active requires an outgoing and hardworking individual with a passion for golf to join our existing Retail team. This role is customer facing and will require an excellent level of customer service. Enthusiasm is key to building and/or maintaining your product knowledge and your ability to share information with our customers.

This role requires Golf course bookings and advise on the course and equipment when required, ability to use IT systems is essential, however full training will be provided.

• To deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner and to ensure the highest level of customer enjoyment and satisfaction, meeting the Customer Service Standards
• Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
• Motivated to serve the public
• Good verbal and written communication skills

This role may lead to a permanent contract of 30 hours per week within next 6 months subject to the recruitment process.
