Reports to:          Head of Business Development

Location:             Linden House, Bromley; National frequent travel

Salary:                  Competitive plus benefits;

Job Type:             Permanent, full time (40 hours per week, highly flexible in working patterns in order to meet the diverse needs of the business);

Due to the continuing strong growth of new business for Mytime Active, we are expanding our Business Development Team to meet our company strategy. This team will consist of highly professional sales people who have a passion for delivering quality.  As a result of this expansion and a desire to ensure we maximise our great product assets, we have created a new dedicated role within our Business Development Team, a MEND Manager. 

The MEND manager will be the lead for all new MEND license sales.  They will advise on developing and selling the MEND product range, ensuring it is relevant, coherent and a commercially successful offer meeting revenue targets. Key duties will include developing, nurturing and maximising partnerships with key stakeholders, clients and funding partners.  The MEND Manager will inform horizon scanning.  They will lead the commissioning of an exciting new stream of product development and research commissioning work for MEND. Finally they will be the expert and lead for all the MEND brand across Mytime Active, ensuring the effective positioning and promotion of MEND.

As the MEND Manager, you will need significant experience of project management, relationship management and revenue generation, ideally within the Health industry. You will be creative as a person, yet methodical in your approach, demonstrating professionalism with an innate drive for results.  The role is challenging and varied.

  • Commercially astute individual with bid, commissioning and solution sales experience and a proven ability to reach revenue targets and manage large budgets and targets.

  • Complex problem solver and decision maker that can identify dependencies, assumptions and actively manage risks and issues.

  • Proven project manager, with the ability to handle multiple complex work streams, relationships and projects effectively.

  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills.

  • A team player with experience of leading and line managing an internal team.

  • The ability to engage and influence key stakeholders including Divisional Managers, Directors and the Senior Leadership Team.

  • Experience in product development and marketing is desirable, but not essential.
