Supervisor/Duty Manager - Maidstone! *30 Hours*

We need fun, friendly, bright Top Amigos for our beautiful new Maidstone Restaurant!

MEXIco opened in Maidstone just before Christmas and due to success of the restaurant we are now seeking a Supervisor for around 30 hours per week!

Bringing mouth-watering 100% fresh Mexican cuisine and a range of tequila loving cocktails within a colourful, authentic, vibrant, full service atmosphere!

We are currently seeking a Duty Manager with plenty of passion and enthusiasm to help lead the team from the front! You will be part of the management team, supporting both the Assistant Manager and General Manager with a variety of duties. You will be running shifts, managing and training staff and ensuring high standards are always maintained. You will open and close the restaurant in absence of the Assistant or General Manager.

We are looking for:-

• Management/Team leader experience in Bars/Restaurants
• Warm, friendly, confident, bubbly personalities to match our brand!
• Previous high street/branded restaurant experience is preferred
• Ambition and a keen willingness to learn
• Fully eligible to work in the UK
