We need a passionate, talented, dedicated Chef de Partie for our beautiful Derby restaurant!

MEXIco brings mouth-watering 100% fresh, Mexican cuisine and a range of tequila loving cocktails within a colourful, authentic, vibrant atmosphere!

We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie! As a CDP you will support the Senior Chef in all duties, prepare cook and present our menu to high standards every time and comply with hygiene, food safety and health and safety rules.

We are looking for:-

  • Experience as a Chef previously
  • Great passion for good, quality food
  • Ideally you will come from a high street restaurant background or similar
  • You will be fully eligible to work in the UK
