Sous Chef - Derby!

We need a passionate, talented, dedicated Sous Chef for our beautiful Derby restaurant!

MEXIco brings mouth-watering 100% fresh, Mexican cuisine and a range of tequila loving cocktails within a colourful, authentic, vibrant atmosphere!

We are currently seeking a Sous Chef! As Sous Chef you will support the Head Chef in all duties, be involved with stock and rotas when the Head Chef is absent, prepare cook and present our menu to high standards every time and comply with hygiene, food safety and health and safety rules.

We are looking for:-

• Experience as a senior Chef previously
• Experience with stock control & invoices
• Experience managing Food Safety/Health & Safety
• Ideally you will come from a high street restaurant background or similar
• You will be fully eligible to work in the UK
