About the role
As a General Manager at Loch Fyne you’ll be
running a fast-paced, fresh food restaurant serving
extraordinary food with amazing, charismatic
customer service. You’ll set an example to the rest of
the staff with impeccable day-to-day management
of the restaurant. Leading from the front in a guest obsessed
environment, you’ll project enthusiasm and
set the pace.
About you
Our General Managers are immensely ambitious
and run their restaurants as if they were their own.
The ability to anticipate guests’ needs will come
naturally to you, and a busy, fresh food restaurant
is an environment in which you’ll thrive. Ideally
you’ll have some experience in a similar position
within the hospitality industry to take to the role
with immediate confidence.
