Head Chef – Loch Fyne Seafood and Grill

As a Head Chef in our Restaurants you will be working with fresh ingredients within a premium environment to 5 star EHO standards. Much of our seafood comes to us from Loch Fyne in Scotland where the oysters and mussels are uniquely farmed and the salmon is smoked with special ingredients - we will take you to see this for yourself with a trip to the Loch! You will also have opportunities to work alongside our suppliers and really develop your fresh food skills.
