Assistant Food & Beverage Manager - LifeLEISURE Stockport Sports Village
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £18,000 per annum
Life Leisure are looking for a highly motivated, driven & professional Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to support the Food &Beverage Manager in managing our multi-functional food & beverage department consisting of: Cafe, Bar, Lounge and Function Room with a wide range of customers including: Health & Fitness members, football members, general public, students & staff.
Responsibilities include, supporting the F&B manager in all F&B operations, delivering an excellent customer experience, managing, training & developing staff, running events & developing F&B products & services for the needs of the customers.
Applicants should have previous food and beverage management experience as well as being excellent communicators and demonstrating our preferred behaviours culture of being winners, authentic, together, caring and happy.
