Hours: 37 hours per week

As an organisation dedicated to the continuous improvement of both our facilities and people, applicants should display our Preferred Behaviours and W.A.T.C.H. Principles at all times. In addition the successful candidates should have a background in leisure operations, in particular within a swimming pool or fitness environment.

Day to day our Duty Managers supervise and lead the centre team during their shift, ensuring everyone maintains Life Leisure’s high standards, delivers exceptional customer service, communicates effectively and complies with operational procedures. In addition to this the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the centre through the management of a department team (e.g. fitness or lifeguard), and realisation of sales and retention targets in order to assist with the achievement of Life Leisure’s objectives.

This role has been a stepping stone for many of our team members who have followed personalised training plans and progressed either into leisure management or other areas of the business.
