Team Leader - Food & Beverage

The Lensbury situated by Teddington Lock is a four star Hotel and Conference Centre, hosting conferences and special events including weddings and private parties. The Lensbury is also a well regarded private members’ club with a swimming pool and fantastic gym and studio classes.

DUTIES

• Working across all The Lensbury food and beverage areas
• Greet all customers upon arrival and maintain high level of customer service at all times
• Deliver exceptional experiences for our customers
• Staff Supervision of the shift to include opening and closing procedures
• Ensure standards are maintained to a high-end four star standard
• Cover of Duty management shifts for the hotel operation
• Ensure all statutory and Lensbury health & safety, hygiene standards and licensing requirements are maintained at all times

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

• Previous experience in various food and beverage areas
• Experience of stock and cellar controls would be an advantage
• Methodical approach to work and demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude
• Ability to supervise a team
• Duty management experience would be an advantage
• Excellent customer service skills with a flexible approach to duties

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• 39 hours per week, worked on a shift rota basis to include week days, evenings and weekends.
• Uniform provided
