Assistant Food and Beverage Manager - Leading Sporting Venue - West London

£7.20 p/hr

I am currently looking for an experience bar supervisor or bar duty manager who is looking for quick progression in to Assistant Management. Working in a flagship sporting venue recently refurbished, you will be assisting the Food and Beverage manager with the day to day running of the site, ensuring all areas of the business are covered, operationally strong and customer service levels are delivered to the highest standards.

Based in a thriving leisure environment boasting state of the art 5 a side football facilities, the role will be very hands-on and extremely varied - you'll be running shifts and overseeing sections to ensure the best possible customer service as well as helping in many aspects of the day to day running of the Food and Beverage Operation within the club.

Being the assistant food and beverage manager is an ideal opportunity to gain knowledge and experience of every aspect of management before making the step in to full management. The client will make sure you are able to take advantage of lots of opportunities for training and development and will always try to promote from within when they can.

You'll need to be a real foodie with a genuine passion for great customer service together with existing knowledge, or an interest in learning about cask ales, beers, wines and spirits.

We need someone who has a real eye for the detail and ideally, previous supervisory experience in a similar pub or restaurant environment.

I am looking for confident and outgoing individuals with a great sense of humour and the ability to help build, lead and inspire a successful team.
