The membership sales advisor role is a highly varied and demanding role. As a membership sales advisor you will be responsible for growing sales and achieving key commercial targets. You will need to be a self-motivator and be able to continuously inspire your team to always go further.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has a proven track record in hitting their sales targets and someone who understands the importance of working hard through continuously driving business performance. We are therefore looking for someone from a sales background from fitness, leisure, or retail background. The ideal candidate needs to have a genuine enthusiasm in golf and for customers and belief that customers should have a great time, every time. Above all, you need to have the passion, drive and energy and a real desire to be a successful sales manager.
