This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a General Manager or Contract Manager to assume responsibility for a prestigious sports stadium and leisure complex with accommodation, food and beverage, events and conferencing facilities in Buckinghamshire.

The Contract Manager/ General Manager will oversee the financial, operational and commercial success of the whole venue from hosting and attracting high profile events, driving participation across the sports, swimming and fitness facilities and ensuring the standards and service across the whole complex including the accommodation, events/conferencing and food and beverage departments are world class.

To apply you will be an experienced Site Director, General Manager or Contract Manager who has gained exposure to managing and driving the majority of the departments you would be responsible for especially events and food and beverage. We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational leader who has the ability to support, coach and motivate multiple department heads and building positive relationships with multiple stake holders including sports governing bodies.

Remuneration includes a competitive basic salary depending on experience, annual bonus, contributory pension and healthcare.
