Whilst it can get a little hot in the kitchen, it is very rare that you will be required to work split shifts and most of our kitchens are closed by 10pm!

As our Chef we will be looking for you share your knowledge and experience. Working in an engaging team, as well as leading by example to deliver our DLicious menu to the highest standards at all times. You will ideally have previous experience of working in a branded kitchen and be someone who thrives under pressure.

You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and play your part for ensuring the kitchen operates within its agreed budgets and that food hygiene and health and safety compliance is maintained at all times.

You should have a positive attitude, oodles of enthusiasm and be prepared to be hands on and to get stuck in with the team.
