Sales Consultants with a Health & Fitness background,  Kensington, West London, 20k basic + 12k OTE & benefits.

Our clients are one of the UK’s expert tour operator specialising in tailor made international holidays and flights. We have a number of opportunities for Sales Consultants to join a growing contact centre sales team based from their head office in West London. We are keen to talk to candidates who ideally have experience in a sales role within the health & fitness or commercial leisure industry. You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, resilience to change, and a real drive to meet and exceed individual sales targets. My client is open to seeing candidates who have a strong sales background from any sector but you must have a passion for travel and a flair for selling. You will need to be a proven team player, self-motivated with the experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a challenging sector.

Main areas of responsibility:
• To be inspired by the customer’s ideas for what they want from their holiday and to be able to translate that into an actual recommendation for a holiday
• To be passionate on every call about the brand and the product we sell
• An understanding of selling principles and to be able to close the deal
• To be focused and driven to achieve targets
• To maintain a positive mind-set to overcome challenges and barriers to selling
• To handle customer queries that involves admin which is not selling
• To handle customer complaints and resolve at first point of contact whenever possible and escalate or direct to Customer Services when assistance is needed.

In addition to a highly competitive basic salary of up to 20K, their top advisors are earning up to 12K in performance related bonuses.
