We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to manage our team of Chefs & Catering Assistants. You must have the right personality to inspire and motivate the crew together with a real passion for good food and presentation. You will be very hands-on and will need to be experienced in maintaining high volumes with the right standards of quality and consistency.
Your main areas of responsibility will include: full management of all food and beverage operations on site including the running of the kitchen, Bistro, bar, events and vending, rotas and staff planning in accordance with budgets, stock ordering, GP targets, and maintaining standards of service.
We are looking for candidates with the following experiences and attributes:
* Strong background in food and beverage operations
* Good experience in hands on running of a kitchen and Front of House
* Enthusiastic and proactive approach to work
* Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
