up to 52 basic + car + 50% bonus

Due to an internal promotion we are currently looking for a General Manager to run one of the largest and most successful family orientated Health and Racquets Club in Edinburgh. This premium club has an outstanding reputation for delivering the finest customer service to its members which is reflected in outstanding retention levels, member feedback and employee engagement. The club has benefitted from as significant capital investment providing the incoming general manager with a fantastic platform to continue to take the financial performance to new levels.

We are very keen to talk to highly experienced general managers currently working in a premium health and fitness club or the broad commercial leisure, retail or hospitality sectors who can demonstrate a proven track record of success in driving forward a multi-million pound business. You will be responsible for multiple revenue streams including a comprehensive food and beverage offering, a huge coaching operation covering personal training, tennis and swimming lessons, a market leading children's activity programme as well as retail and third party franchise operations.
