Leisure people is proud to recruit for a restaurant general manager for an exclusive modern Italian restaurant open to the public for lunch and dinner seven days a week. The restaurant is well-known for their creative and innovative a la carte offering and a splendid wine selections for the connoisseur. The Head chef is well known for his creative and seasonal menus that attract a loyal clientele.

We are looking not just for a restaurant general manager but an entrepreneur who will lead from the front in terms of managing a loyal team. Candidates must have previous experience as a restaurant manager in casual dining at high end. If you are passionate about hospitality, have previous restaurant experience at high standard and are looking for exciting new opportunities, then we want to hear from you!

Essentials are:

* Strong understanding of P&L's and GP's
* Strong track records of management in terms of leadership and communication skills
* Enthusiastic about British produce and heritage
* A strong working experience with wines
* Entrepreneur & a natural motivator
* Understanding and experience of standard operation management
