We are LEGOLAND Windsor Resort and we are part of the magical Merlin Entertainments!

We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to join our Park Food and Beverage Team.  This role is varied and exciting; each day will bring fresh challenges that need to be met with a positive mental attitude whilst delivering excellent guest service. You will support the Food & Beverage Management team by managing the day to day operations of a restaurant, be a natural inspiration to the team and will drive sales, profitability, quality and service.

We are looking for the following skills and experience;

• Team Management

• Relevant experience within Food and Beverage or Retail

• Previous experience within high volume or fast paced environments

• Fast food experience would be advantageous

This role is Full Time, Permanent, averaging 37.5 hours per week and will include weekends and bank holidays as required.
