You:
As the Kitchen Manager organisation in your kitchen is key, you will need to motivate, engage and drive your team to success. As in all branded restaurants consistency is crucial and following the specs to create our dishes for our loyal customers will be fundamental. You will be an ambassador for driving brand standards and also have the ability to drive food sales, quality and profit.
