Sales Advisor: The role
As the Sales / Membership Advisor you are a crucial member of the team as your focus is attracting and engaging new members to want to join your club. To do this you will have strong people skills, a work ethic that is proactive, organised and driven to achieving goals and be confident to network in the local residential and business community. With your passion for fitness and customer service you will use your selling ability to match potential members’ needs to the products and services the club offers to show them that your club, and the team within it, can support them to achieve their goals.

1.     To attract and engage potential new members through a range of activities in the local area to your club.
2.     To be responsible for self generated business, and make contact with all potential new members to encourage them to visit the club to see the facilities on offer. 
3.     To manage incoming business enquiries with professionalism and high service standards. 
4.     To show potential new members around the club to match your club facilities to their desired goals and interests.
5.     To demonstrate high levels of integrity by selling memberships in line with company terms and conditions.
6.     To invest time in making telephone calls to potential members, and ensure an exceptional standard of service is given at all times. 
7.     To be an active member of the team that uses the facilities and develops product knowledge to be able to answer member queries where possible.
8.     To work as part of the team to ensure all areas are routinely kept, clean, tidy, well maintained and company Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times.
