Retained Recruitment Executive - Battersea Park SW London  up to 30k basic 40K OTE

We are looking for a recruitment consultant to work on our retained national account with LA fitness. Leisurejobs are proud of our longstanding recruitment partnership with LA where we are contracted to fully outsource the recruitment of all their key operational hires across their 34 clubs. This includes General Managers, Deputy Club Managers through to Fitness Service Managers, Sales Managers and  Sales Consultants. As their key account manager your key challenge is to ensure that La fitness get to meet the strongest candidates in the market in the most timely and efficient manner and that the quality and time to hire new recruits is the best in the sector.

The position is varied and fast paced with a key focus on the following core areas:
·         Building great partnerships with the key decision makers within the business, namely the HR team Regional Directors, Regional Sales Managers and General Managers
·         Having a great understanding of the LA business and the SPARK values they recruit each individual against
·         Sourcing the strongest candidates in the market utilizing the full range of candidate attraction methods
·         Carrying out  face to face or skype competency based interviews around the core values
·         Coordinating, arranging and often supporting with assessment days and interview days
·         Managing the interview feedback, negotiating offers and managing the resignation process
·         Providing timely management information, advice and guidance on industry trends and salaries.

We are keen to talk to candidates who have a passion for recruitment and significant experience managing a high volume of career opportunities at any one time ideally within the health and fitness or broad hospitality sectors. You will need to thrive in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same and take a proactive approach to finding recruitment solutions at every level combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to articulate solutions at Director level within LA.

We offer a competitive basic salary of up to 30K dependent on experience  and the genuine potential to earn up to 8K in monthly and quarterly bonuses. The job is Monday to Friday only, benefits include BUPA after 12 months, an excellent working environment whereby all the team  have been to weekend trips to Europe and New York in recent years. Our offices are just next to Battersea Park mainline train station and a short walk from Queenstown Rd, there is also free parking available on site.
We are ideally looking for candidates to live within 45 minutes travel time from our office.
