We are looking for experienced sales people with a history of achieving sales targets and a good understanding of a structured sales process. Ideally you will be looking for an opportunity to develop into a management role OR work in an environment where you can earn serious cash for performance.
The Role
The role is ideally suited to someone who is seriously passionate about fitness; used to dealing with clients on a daily basis and has worked in a target driven environment; someone who is confident approaching people face to face as well as over the phone and doesn’t shy from overcoming objections or become de-motivated after the odd rejection. You will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as basic computer skills and work well independently as well as in a team.
Responsibilities 
Ultimately you are responsible for increasing membership numbers through pro active and effective sales techniques, both in club and in the local community. You will need to interact confidently and competently with prospective and current members on a daily basis, ensuring you not only deliver excellent customer service but also an excellent sales pitch and close strategy to either gain a new member or encourage an existing member to provide you with new contact details. But overall, you need to be extremely effective at building relationships quickly and professionally.
