HR Attendance Manager - Kirklees
37 hours a week
Two Year Fixed Term Contract (will be reviewed after 2 years)
Location: Stadium Head Office (plus various sites across Kirklees)
Scale SO2 (£28,432 - £30,096)

Working as part of an ‘excellent customer focused HR Team’ your primary aim is to support management, HR and employees with the managing of attendance, with a view to reducing our current sickness absence figures. You will be counted on to provide an exceptional level of customer service at all times to each of our customers whether internal or external.
You will be:
To be successful in the role of HR Attendance Manager, it is likely that you already have significant HR experience, particularly in the field of managing attendance and wellbeing support, advising managers accordingly. You will be expected to have a coaching and mentoring approach to your support with the managers, with the ability to understand and take into account the pressures that they are under on a day to day basis managing the sites.
You will have a keen eye for detail and getting things right first time. You will have the professional acumen to provide excellent written reports/correspondence which may be seen externally to KAL.
You will have a positive, caring attitude, ensuring that the HR Department is a choice of ‘somewhere to go’ for both staff and managers alike.
