We’re looking for creative and energetic Marketing and Communications Manager to help us develop our existing strong brand identity and promotional material even further. With over 3 million customer visits to 13 centres you need to be able to think outside of the box work and work with enthusiasm whilst also adhering to multiple deadlines and the consequent pressure of these.
Playing a key role in the producing of campaigns, marketing materials and PR content across all of our products and service, you will be able to have a significant impact across all areas of our business. You will have significant marketing experience and be used to developing suitable campaigns and messages, specific to the target audience.
You’ll be able to think strategically and work with our design agencies to produce the right marketing materials to have the right impact on our business and you’ll also be able to get into the finer detail of producing smaller pieces of work with quick turnarounds where needed.
You’ll use your creative skills to develop innovative marketing campaigns, engaging copy and well-structured press releases. You’ll also have strong organisational skills allowing you to keep an eye on quality, costs and workload, making sure we meet the needs a range of key business areas.
Based at KAL’s head office, you’ll be key part of a small team so it goes without saying that strong team work skills are essential but you will also be happy to work on your own initiative when you need to.
